Basic Requirements:
1. First Jailbroken iPhone / iPod / iPad
2. Open Cydia and install OpenSSH (Default passwd: alpine)
method 1
SSH into iPhone - using Tunnelier Bitvise if using Windows, Cyberduck if you are using MacOS.
Copy .deb to tmp folder and run the following command: dpkg-i / tmp / name.deb
After the install is complete, you can delete the file. Deb
method 2
SSH your iPhone and go to / var / root / Media / Cydia / AutoInstall Copy the file. Deb file there and that just reboot your device.
